2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 (10oz) package of frozen French style green beans, thawed ( can be canned also)
1 box ( 6 oz.) wild rice mix, prepared according to package directions
1 can ( 10 3/4 oz. ) condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. slice water chestnuts
2 tbsp. chopped pimiento
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

In a buttered casserole, mix together all ingredients. Bake in 350º oven for 45 minutes or until bubbling. Makes 8 servings.

This was from a Chicken recipe day in Georgetown, DE. It is delicious and is a great Christmas ( or anytime) casserole...so easy!
