8 oz Crab (Lump picked over to remove shells) or 1/2 lb. Shrimp, cooked, cleaned, shelled w/o tail
2 Cups cooked rice (Minute rice or leftover from takeout Chinese)
1 Can Mushroom Soup
8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a Casserole dish, spray dish lightly with Pam. Layer rice, crab/shrimp, soup, cheese, rice, crab/shrimp, soup and cheese. Bake in a 350º oven for 35 - 40 Minutes (Cheese and Soup will be boiling.) Serve with a salad.
