1 box (10 oz) broccoli cuts, thawed and drained
1 8 oz carton of sliced mushrooms
1 9 inch frozen deep dish prepared pie crust
1 medium onion, diced
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. liquid non dairy creamer
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Arrange broccoli and mushrooms in pie crust
3. In a bowl mix all other ingredients and pour over vegetables
4. Bake for1 hour until mixture is set
