Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe came from one of my teacher friends and is a favorite of ours. Jenny and Mike had been dating for a while, and one evening she invited Mike and his youngest sister and her boyfriend over to her apartment for dinner. Mike's sister really liked the roast and told Mike that Jenny was a "keeper" because of the good food. I guess it must have worked!
