1 green onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
2-7 ounce jars roasted red peppers, drained
1-1/2 TBSP fresh lemon juice
1 cup whipped cream cheese

Directions:

Finely chop in processor-
1 green onion, cut into 1-inch pieces

Add-
2-7 ounce jars roasted red peppers, drained
1-1/2 TBSP fresh lemon juice

Blend until finely chopped

Add-
1 cup whipped cream cheese

Blend to coarse puree.
Transfer to bowl.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour
(Can be prepared 2 days ahead.)

Place bowl with dip in center of platter.
Surround with -
Toasted French bread slices
Steamed broccoli florets.
