3 lb. scallops
1 T. oil
2 navel oranges
1/2 c. dried cranberries
chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º Toss scallops and cranberries in a bowl with oil. Place in 9" baking dish and squeeze oranges over scallops. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
