1 roasting chicken
your choice of spices
can of beer (or any other liquid)
oil
Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in a plastic bag and add oil. Make sure chicken is covered with oil. Sprinkle with your mix of spices. Wrap tightly and let sit in fridge overnight. When you are ready to cook, pour or drink half the liquid. Place can inside cavity of chicken and sit upright in a roasting pan or on a grill. Cook as directed on the chicken package
