"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Cook Stuffing - saute onion and celery in olive oil until tender, then follow the directions for the stuffing.
Set aside and cool.

Prepare Chicken Wings: cut tips off and toss, then remove drummette bone from wing. (Carefully cut around the bone to loosen the meat from the bone, then push the meat down and twist the bone out).
You should be left with a pouch. Be careful not to make any holes in the skin.

Once you have removed all the bones from the wings, stuff the skin pouch with the cooled stuffing. Once the pouch is full, close the pouch by pushing the top of the skin back into the stuffing.

Mix flour, bread crumbs and seasoning together.
Coat the chicken wing in the milk, then in the flour/bread crumb mixture.

Fry in oil until golden brown.
