1 c. icing sugar
1 c. peanut butter
5 tbsp. unsalted butter
3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. heavy cream

Directions:
Mix all ingredients but cream with an electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Add cream and beat on high until mixture becomes light and smooth. Good on chocolate cupcakes.
