Ingredients:  
1) 1 1/2 c. applesauce (unsweetened)
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda

2) 1 stick butter
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. water

3) 2 eggs
2 c. sugar

4) 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon

5) 3 c. flour
1 c. chopped black walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º.

1) Add baking soda to applesauce and mix. Let stand until it changes color - golden brown.

2) Cook butter, raisins & water until raisins are a little plump and let cool. **Save water off raisins and let water cool.

3) Mix together eggs & sugar.

4) Then add baking powder, salt, cloves, allspice, cinnamon, **water off raisins (make sure cool). Mix. Then add applesauce to mixture, and mix together.

5) Next beat in flour. Then beat in raisins. Next slowly beat in chopped black walnuts.

6) Pour mixture in bundt pan and bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
