1/2 cup diced onions
1 can beef broth
1 lb. mushrooms (fresh or canned whole - drain if using canned)
1/3 cup burgundy wine

Directions:
Directions:
Bring broth to a simmer in a saucepan. Add onions and simmer for 15 minutes. Add mushrooms and wine and simmer another 15 minutes. Serve warm.
