2 c. flour 1 tbsp baking powder
2 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp cream of tarter
1/4 tsp salt 1/2 c. lard or shortening
2/3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
mix dry ingredients. Cut soft lard into flour mixture until all is soft crumbs about the size of peas. Pour in milk and mix until dough is formed. Roll to 1./2 inch thick cut with a 2 1/2 inch cookie cutter or a glass. Place on a greased cookie sheet
Bake 12-15 minuets, cool, eat
