8 slices cooked bacon crumbled
1 tomato seeded and chooped
1/2 onion, chopped
3 ounces shredded Swiss Cheese
1/2 cup mayonaise
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 16 oz. can refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough (regular size, not Grands)

Preheat oven to 375º. LIghtly grease a mini muffin pan. In a skillet over medium heat cook bacon. Drain on paper towels. Crumble bacon into a medium bowl, and mix with tomato, onion, cheese, mayonnaise and basil.
Separate biscuits into halves horizontally. Press each half into prepared muffin tin. Fill with bacon mixture. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven or until golden brown. Can be baked ahead and warmed. Serves 15
