1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 lg can or qt. jar tomatoes
2 Cups tomato juice
1 16 oz. can corn, drained
11/2 Tbl sugar
11/2 Tbl chili powder
Salt & pepper

Directions:

Brown ground beef, onion & green pepper
Mix all ingredients and bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer 45 minutes. Add 2 Tbl. flour in water to thicken. Sometimes I use stewed tomatoes if I don't have green pepper.
