6 (6 inch) flour tortillas
3 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz) sour cream
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup chopped tomato
14/ cup sliced green onion
1/4 cup black olives, sliced (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken, soup, sour cream, green chilies, mushrooms(opt.) and taco seasoning. Set aside. Line bottom of 9x13 pan with tortillas. Next layer 1/2 of chicken mixture and 1/2 of cheeses. Repeat layers. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes. Top with tomatoes, onions and olives.

I have used a few more tortillas and cut them into thin strips. Helps at serving time for cutting into individual servings.
