Large Mushrooms
Cream Cheese
Shredded Cheddar Cheese or cheese of choice
Garlic cloves- minced

Directions:

Wash mushrooms. Pop stems out of caps. (It is optional to finely chop some of the stems and mix them in with the cream cheese) Soften cream cheese and mix in minced garlic to taste. May also add other spices and chopped mushroom stems. Put softened cream cheese in ziploc bag and cut corner of ziploc. Squeeze cream cheese to cut corner and fill mushroom caps with cream cheese. Top with shredded cheese and put on grill until cheese is melted and mushrooms look done, probably 15-20 mins. Enjoy!
