4 c. Uncooked Elbow Macaroni
1/4 c. Butter (Quartered)
1/4 c. Flour
4 c. Milk
1 tsp. Mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Salt & Pepper to Taste
1 1/2 c. Velveeta Cheese (cubed)
12 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese (cubed)

Cook macaroni, drain and set aside.

Melt butter in large sauce pan, gradually add flour until smooth. Add milk, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper, Velveeta and sharp cheddar.

Stir until smooth and all cheese is melted.
Combine macaroni and cheese sauce and pour into 9x13 pan. Sprinkle sharp cheddar on top of mac-n-cheese.

Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes.
