1 bag slaw mix
2-3 green onions, sliced
2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup toasted sunflower seeds
1/3 cup toasted slivered almonds
1 pack chicken flavored ramen noodles (uncooked)
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon sugar

Combine slaw, onions, seeds, almonds and uncooked noodles. Mix the remaining ingredients with the ramen seasoning to create the dressing. Refrigerate separately until ready to serve. Add dressing right before serving.

This salad is great for cookouts and potlucks. People are always surprised to see the ramen noodles in the slaw. Even though they are uncooked, the dressing with soften them.
