1 cup chopped onions
1 Tbsp of butter
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
2 cups of cooked rice
1 can of cut green beans, drained
1 can of diced luncheon meat
1 tsp of liquid pepper sauce
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter until soft but not golden. Stir in soup, heat about 2 minutes. Add rice, beans, lunch meat and seasonings. Pour into a shallow (2 quart) casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
