Enough potatoes to make a side dish for those eating, we usually use 1 potato per person.
Margarine
Salt and Pepper to taste
Evaporated Milk, enough to cover potatoes when they are cooked, usually 1 can does 4-6 people

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and dice potatoes. Melt margarine in a electric skillet ( about med. heat) with at least 2.5 inch high sides, add diced potatoes, salt and pepper. turn every few minutes till they are almost done. Add enough to cover potatoes and keep turning potatoes every few minute. The milk will thicken to a nice gravy with the potatoes.

This is a recipe of mom's dad, he it made when she was growing up. We still love it, and it became a favorites of dad's too. Its potatoes with no onion and it goes well along side any beef dish (dad hated onions and loved his home grown beef).
