4 c. rolled oats
1 c. raw sunflower seeds
1 c sweetened coconut
1 c. wheat germ
2/3 c. canola oil
1 c. honey
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 T. ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a large bowl, mix first 4 ingredients together. In a separate bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Combine an spread onto two ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 12 minutes for a chewy texture. Bake for additional 5 min. for more crunchy texture. Granola will harden as it cools.
