1 c dry red wine
2 T olive or vegetable oil
2 T red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 T fresh oregano or 1 tsp dried
2- 1 1/2 lb flank steaks
1 c grated cheddar cheese
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Combine 1st 5 ingedients in shallow, nonaluminum pan to make the marinade. Add steaks, turning to cover and marinate in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours. Mix cheese, mustard and worcestershire sauce. Grill 5 minutes over high heat, turn and spread with the cheese, mustard and worcestershire mixture and grill 5 minutes more. Let rest for 10 minutes then slice thinly across the grain.
