Fried Rice:
Wash and cook short grain rice
1 cup bacon fried crisp
Cabbage shredded
Onions chopped
Soy Sauce
Chopped ham
Steak Sauce:
2 pieces garlic
1 piece ginger
1/2 c white sugar
2 Tbsp vinegar
1/2 c soy sauce
1/4 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cook rice and set aside. Fry bacon, do not drain fat. Pour in cooked rice and stir. Add cabbage, onions and soy sauce. Stir and fry up together just until cabbage is wilted. Add chopped ham and accent salt.
Mix sauce together and pour over steak that has been cut in strips. Marinate overnight. Fry steak in 3 or 4 tsp oil. Turn several times.
