1/4 cup Butter - melted
1 cup Sugar
3 tbsp Flour
3 Egg Yolks - slightly beaten
1 Lemon - grated and juiced
1 1/2 cups Milk
3 Egg Whites - beaten stiff
1 Pie Crust

Directions:
Directions:
Blend butter with sugar and flour. Add egg yolks, lemon juice, peel and milk. Fold in egg whites. Pour into 9" pie shell. Bake at 450º for 8 minutes, then 325º for 25 minutes.
