4 medium sliced onions
1 stick butter
3 eggs beaten
1 c sour cream
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper and Tobasco sauce
1 unbaked pie shell
1/2 c grated cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter. Combine eggs and sour cream. Add to onion mixture and season. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 450º for 20 min. then reduce heat to 325 and bake for 20 more minutes. Serves 6.
