3 c light brown sugar
1 c sour cream
1/4 c dark corn syrup
Cook to soft ball stage 234 degrees
Add:
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Let stand without stirring until candy cools to 112 degrees. Add 1 c pecan halves.

Directions:
Directions:
Stir until stiff enough to drop by teaspoon on wax paper. Let stand a few hours before removing from paper. Store in layers. Makes about 2 lbs.
