2 T flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 lb London broil (cheaper version- round steak)
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 c butter
1/2 c mince onion
1/4 c water
1 c chicken broth
1 small can mushroom
1 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, and pepper. Trim fat from meat. Coat meat with flour mixture. Cut into strips. Melt butter in skillet and brown onions, garlic, and mushrooms in butter. Remove onions and mushrooms from pan. Add meat to pan. Cook until brown (you want some of the flour to stick to pan but not burn). Remove meat. Add water to pan, scraping particles in pan to dissolve. Return meat, onions, and mushrooms to pan add chicken broth. Cook over low heat 1-1 1/4 hours. When done add sour cream.
