1 medium Bell pepper, cut into strips
4 medium Zucchini, sliced about ¼ inch thick
1 clove Garlic, finely chopped
2 TBS Olive oil
4 large ears Sweet corn kernels, cut from cobs
½ tsp Dried basil
¼ tsp Dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pepper, zucchini, and garlic in oil until crisp-tender; about 5 minutes. Add corn, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook until thoroughly heated, about 5 minutes.
