4-5 medium potatoes
1/4 stick butter
3 heaping Tbl cream cheese
salt & pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Boil the potatoes and mash with the butter and cream cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
For a different flavored Philadelphia cream cheese flavors (like with dill).
Add additional cream cheese for smoothness. Do not add milk or cream
