3 eggs
1 ½ tsp. cinnamon
2/3 cup pumpkin
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
¾ cup flour

Filling:
1 (8 oz) package softened cream cheese
2 tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar

Line cookie sheet with parchment paper & grease well. Mix all ingredients. Blend until smooth, pour into cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 350º oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on both sides. Flip over on a pillow case, peel off parchment paper & roll up like a jelly roll. Leave in towel until cool (but not overnight). Combine filling ingredients, beat until smooth. Unroll and spread with filling. Roll up tight and cover with saran wrap. Refrigerate until very cool and slice.
