"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Bake loaf uncovered in oven at 350º for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven, drain off grease and let loaf sit in pan for 10 - 15 minutes, allowing loaf to set up before slicing.

Personal Notes:
I always double this and put one in the freezer for busy days. In fact, I do that with any casserole or dish that can be easily frozen.
