Ingredients:  
1-inch thick piece of bread soaked in water
1.5 lbs ground meat (veal, pork or beef)
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 tsp lemon rind
1/2 tsp lemon juice
3 T fresh grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp fresh minced oregano
1/4 c sauteed onions
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 T Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze water out of bread, crumble into ground meat, along with all other ingredients. Mix thoroughly by hand. Make into meatballs and place on cookie sheet. Heat oven to 350º. Brown the meatballs for 10 minutes or longer depending on size of meatballs.

Can be frozen at this point and served with Italian tomato sauce later.
