1 1/2 cups margarine
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
3 cups flour
2 TB Lemon extract

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 13x9" pan.

Cream sugar & shortening until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time until blended. Add flour, mix well. Ass lemon extract and 7-Up. Pour batter into grease pan. Bake 30-35 minutes or until done.
