3 cans minced clams
2 bunches green onions, chopped fine
1/2 chopped bell pepper
1 cup butter
1 stalk celery
1 carrot, grated
2 potatoes, diced small
1 qt. half and half
2 pt. whipping cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup flour
1 small can clam juice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large pot. Add vegetables and pour in enough water just to cover. Pour juice from clams and canned clam juice into water. Cook until tender. Mix flour with half and half until smooth. Slowly add to vegetables, stirring constantly. Continue stirring and cook without boiling until thickened.. Add clams and whipping cream and heat through.
