Angel Food Cake (Store bought)
2 C. fresh strawberries, sliced
8oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1 can Eagle brand condensed milk
12 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:
Tear cake into chunks. Mix cream cheese and condensed milk, fold in Cool Whip. Layer cake, cool whip mixture (be sure to reserve some to top with) and strawberries in glass bowl.

This can be made "lighter" by using Cool Whip Free, 1/3 less fat cream cheese, sugar free cake.
It is a light and wonderful summertime dessert.
