2 cups dried cherries
1-1/4 cups port
3/4 cup maple syrup
2 TBSP balsamic or red wine vinegar
1 tsp cinnamon
Ham
2 cups regular strength beef broth
1-1/2 TBSP cornstarch with 1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2-3 quart pan, combine first 5 ingredients. bring to boil over high heat. Cover and simmer until cherries plump (about 10 minutes). Puree 1/2 of the mixture until smooth; reserve remaining mixture.
Roast ham as per pkg instructions; when ham has about 40 minutes left to bake, uncover ham and brush pureed glaze over top and sides.
Combine remaining whole cherry mixture and broth in a 3-4 quart pan over medium-high heat. Stir often until mixture boils; briskly stir in cornstarch/water mixture until sauce boils again. Serve warm with ham.
