6 slices thick-cut bacon
2 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. pure maple syrup
1/8 cup finely chopped pecans
1-1/2 Tbsp. light brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Position a rack in the center of the oven and heat oven to 425ºF.
Arrange the bacon slices on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle both sides with the maple syrup (or "dunk" the bacon into it). Then sprinkle both sides evenly with pecans and the sugar. Bake until browned and crisp, 20 - 22 minutes.
