2 c milk
1/2 c flour
1/4 c margarine
1 tsp salt
1 can of tuna or salmon
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 c frozen peas
1/2 c grated Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk in pan on medium, Cream together flour and margarine and form into a ball. Place ball in hot milk. Leave for 3 minutes, covered. Beat till smooth. Add salt. Then add tuna or salmon, eggs, peas, and grated cheddar cheese. Heat till peas are cooked. Pour over saltines.
