10 oz rotelle pasta, boiled and drained
1 beaten egg
1 small pack frozen spinach, thawed
1 can/jar spaghetti sauce
Mushrooms (fresh or canned), sliced
1/2 lb each of sausage and hamburger, browned
Mozarella cheese and Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg and spinach. Heat sauce and add mushrooms, meats and spinach. Let simmer. Layer pasta, the mixture and the mozarella cheese. Bake 15-20 min in 425º oven. Top with Parmesan cheese.
