2 # boneless stew meat
1 C onions, chopped
1 glove garlic
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 C catsup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. oil/fat
1/8 C Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
2 1/2 tsp. paprika
3 C water
dash of red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown cut up stew meat in oil/fat in a large skillet. Add and brown the onions and garlic. Mix together the remaining ingredients and add to the skillet. Cover. Simmer 2 1/2 to 3 hours over low heat. can thicken with 2 tbsp flour mixed in 1/4 c water. Serve over boiled noodles. Mom used homemade egg noodles.
