1/2 lb. butter
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Add vanilla. Combine flour and salt, add to butter mixture. Roll out to thickness of about1/4 inch. Cut out shapes and Bake @ 350º for about 12-15 minutes. Melt chocolate bark and dip half the cookie. Lay out on wax paper for chocolate to set. These freeze really well.
