Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 9" graham cracker crust
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
8 oz whipped cream cheese
1/2 cup Nellie & Joe's Famous Key Lime Juice
1 8 oz tub cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350-375º. When preheated, cook crust for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and let crust cool. Crust must be completely cool before filling goes in or else the pie will melt. For the filling: Whip cream cheese and condensed milk with hand mixer until there are no lumps. Pour in 1/2 cup lime juice and stir well. Fold in cool whip and blend well. Pour into crust. Refrigerate at least 4 hours - better overnight. Pie needs time to get firm before slicing. The flavor of this pie gets better the longer it stays in the refrigerator. If you like the pie extra tart, grate fresh lime into filling and some on top!
