1 9 in frozen pie shell (deep dish)
1 qt strawberries (halved)
1 small box sugar free strawberry jello
1 c sugar
1 c water
1 tsp red food coloring
3 tbsp corn starch
Directions:
Directions:
Cook frozen pie shell and cool. Put halved strawberries in cooled pie shell. Combine sugar, jello and corn starch in medium pot and mix well. Add water and food coloring. Cook on medium heat until thick. Pour over strawberries and refrigerate until set. Serve with whipped cream
