Ingredients:
1/2 cube butter
1 Ft. whipping cream
1/2 to 1 cup Parmesan cheese (add as desired)
Garlic Salt and onion powder (optional)
Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt Butter in a sauce pan season with garlic and onion powder. Whisk in whipping cream. As it comes to a boil add the Parmesan cheese. Let it simmer and thicken. Serve it with pasta, chicken, asparagus, sour dough bread, etc. It can be thinned to use over pasta with additional milk or as a dipping sauce for the bread.

Personal Notes:
For a lower fat version that I make, create a roux with the melted butter and 1/2 c. flour. Cook for a couple of minutes adding seasonings. Then whisk in loft milk instead of the whipping cream, simmering to allow it to thicken. Add the Parmesan cheese then as it incorporates taste and adjust the seasonings, salt and pepper. It can be thinned out with additional milk if it gets too thick.
