Ingredients:  
1 1/2 c cornmeal
1/2 tsp salt
4 jalepeno peppers
1 tsp soda
2 eggs
1 c milk
1 small can of cream corn
1/2 c oil
1/2 lb grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, corn, & oil. Mix well. Pour 1/2 batter in an 8 inch greased pan. Cover with cheese. Pour remaining batter in pan. Preheat oven to 400º. Cook 35-40 mins.
