a dish towel and squeezing out extra water.
4 C chicken meat cooked and sliced. I use whole
chicken and take pieces of the chicken
2 C cream of chicken soup
1 C mayo.
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry
1/2 C grated cheddar cheese, I use more because
I like it cheesy (1 C).

Bake 350º preheated casserole dish of 9 x 13 pan
is really better

In greased baking dish, place cooked chicken on the bottom, layer broc. on top. Mix mayo, soup, lemon juice and curry and some of the cheese. Pour over the top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake. I cover with foil for first 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake until bubbly and cheese is melted. So delicious. Serve with rice or Emily's buttered noodles. See Emily's buttered noodle recipe.

Personal Notes:
This is so good for a crowd, just add some cranberry sauce and a tossed salad. Hard dinner rolls would be good too. This was my go-to dinner when I was having a group I didn't know too well over for dinner. Instead of Brocolli, spinach can be used instead.
