Ingredients: 1 cup onion chopped 1 cup green pepper 1 Tlbs butter 20 oz can tomatoes 4 oz can mushrooms 3.8 can sliced black olives drained 2 tsp dried oregano 1 lb hamburger, browned and drained 12 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained 2 cups cheddar cheese 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:In a large skillet. Saute' onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, and oregano. Ass ground beef and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Place half of the spaghetti in a greased 13x9 baking dish. Top with half the vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with one cup cheddar cheese. Repeat these layers. Combine soup with water. stir until smooth pour over casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 350º for 30 to 55 minutes or until heated. |

Notes: To spice this recipe up a little I substitute the regular diced tomatoes with tomatoes with green chilies and instead of using hamburger I use sausage.
