1 5-7 lb fully cooked bone-in ham
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
2 tsp prepared mustard
1 tbsp cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:

Score ham about 1/2" deep with a sharp knife on the fatty side. Place ham on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake 325 deg. for 2 - 2/12 hrs (20 minutes per pound). Combine brown sugar, mustard and enough vinegar to make a thick paste. During the last hour of baking, brush glaze on ham every 15 minutes.
