6 thinly cut boneless pork chops
1/2 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepperall-purpose nflour
1/4 cup butter or marg, melted
1/3 cup Marsala wine
1/2 cup beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Chops sould be no more than 1/8" thick. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and dredge in flour.

Saute chops in butter 2 -3 minuetes on each side or until browned. Add wine; cook 1 minute over medium heat. Remove to a platter. Add broth to skillet; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Pour over chops.
