Ham End (or piece of your choosing, e.g. Ham Shoulder)
Diced Onions
Diced Potatoes
1 tbsp Parsley Flakes
Ham Base (Flavoring)

Dough:
2 cups Flour
2 tbsp. Crisco
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Baking Powder
½ c. Water
1 Egg

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ham end or small ham for broth. I cook mine in a crockpot. Remove the ham from broth. Once cooled – cut into pieces. To ham broth add diced onions, potatoes, and about 1 tbsp. parsley and some ham flavoring (ham base). Cook until it comes to a boil.

For dough – mix dry ingredients together and mix in Crisco. Mix the egg and water together and add to dry ingredients. Roll dough out and cut into square pieces. Add dough pieces to boiling broth. Once all dough is added, add ham pieces and cook for about 15 – 20 minutes.
